Information can be recorded and stored when you register on our website «lindesnesfyr.no», when you are in contact with sales and support via e-mail or chat, and when using our services.
The Lindesnes Lighthouse Foundation also uses services provided by a third party. Here is an overview of our sub-suppliers where information can be stored:

Vipps

If you pay with Vipps in our store or on the local market, your telephone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification.

Microsoft

Our e-mail correspondence and / or documents may be stored in Offoce365 by Microsoft.

Mailchimp

Mailchimp is used for e-mail marketing or sending out newsletters. Name and email can be shared with Mailchimp.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP-addresses and visitor patterns are stored.

Visma AS

Visma is our accounting system and data needed for accounting is stored here. Typical Name / Address / Order / Invoice.

Kasse og Butikkdata AS

We use Come2Gather checkout system in our physical store.

Flex4Business

Vår e-handelsplattform er levert av Flex4B og data lagres i deres skytjeneste.

Nets

If you pay with Visa or Mastercard in our physical store, personal information such as a card number will be sent to Nets before processing the payment.

Flex4Business

Our e-commerce platform is provided by Flex4B and data is stored in their cloud service.

Bring

We send parcels with Bring and therefore share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.

 

As a customer you might receive e-mails and sms about your customer relationship. For example, we will send you e-mails / sms related to orders you placed, sms with tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and no consent will be requested.

We also use e-mail for marketing and communication. As a customer of Lindesnes lighthouse, you will regularly receive newsletters as long as you have given active consent to this. It is possible to unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mails.

You are entitled to access the information registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending a referral to post@lindenesfyr.no. If the recorded information is incorrect or incomplete, you may require that the information be corrected in accordance with the personal Data Act.
